Chris Mathias MSc (Hons) MRICS, the founding director, has over 25 years' experience in the commercial property sector and has been involved with a number of iconic buildings including the sale of New Scotland Yard in Victoria, the purchases of both Empress State Building in Earl's Court and the Marks & Spencer headquarters in Paddington Basin.
Chris prides himself on providing a fully focused, honest and detailed opinion on the opportunities he sources for his clients and, with his knowledge of the investment and occupational markets, can give an immediate insight into the potential performance of the asset.
